Why are the Cloudlands games no longer available?

I play on the oculus and downloaded stuff from the workshop.On starting the game I cant find anything in the downloaded or favorites menu.

I've just started playing Cloudlands again because my brother now has a Rift and I am loving playing online with him. I've created another nine holes but the game will no longer allow me to create online playlists as it can't find the holes on the Steam Workshop any more. It appears that there have been no new playlists added since the Summer. Is support for the PC version of this game dead now?...
