Since I've started recording replays, I've noticed the camera always switching back to "TV-style" when the replay restarts, no matter which one was selected previously. That's a bit inconvenient for recording a replay from the beginning. Also, when a song ends during a replay or a long endless race for example it's not repeated or changed to another song, there's just no music after that point....

I can choose the customisation but pressing a button / stick does nothing and the time runs out. What am i doing wrong?

When using the quick restart button while the "waiting for server" dialogue pops up (e.g. when having crashed), it will remain on screen forever. You need to restart the game comletely.
