You can do it in 2 moves. Pin the single dark square and then drop the dark rectangle under the blue block. Obviously not the intended method, but a way too easy work-around for a Master level.

Hi! I hope someone can help me. TransPlan runs with over 1000 fps on my system, which causes my graphics card to make a high pitched sound, which I definitely can't stand longer than a minute. Normally I force Vertical Sync via Nvidia Control Panel for games which lack those settings. But with TransPlan this does not work. I really need vertical sync turned on to be able to play it. I finished every level in the game now, but the achievement didn't trigger after the "Master"-set nor after finishing every level. :/
