Honest review:
Dying Light was my first horror genre game that I ever played. I saw the trailer and was immediately hooked. I had a potato laptop back then and played the cracked version downloaded from Fitgirl for 339 hours. I loved it so much. So, when I got a gaming laptop & a PC, I bought the 1st game again and played through it.

Second part was released and even though it was a huge downgrade from the 1st game but I still loved it and played the hell out of it. But that itch was still there scrapping for a contender to go toe-to-toe with the 1st game. I just wanted a game where I can parkour and kill zombies.

Then came Dying Light The Beast. I was hooked with the trailers but skeptical due to it being a DLC for the 2nd game. But I knew I would eventually get it. And then they announced it as a full blown game. And boy am I glad I bought it. These 40 hours of gametime was filled with pure joy, fun, horror and heartpumping volatile chases. This game is one of the greatest Zombie games. A superior contender for the 1st game indeed.

A must buy and must play game!!!!!!!

This game is a complete downgrade from the previous installments. The combat feels weak and every enemy takes way too long to kill regardless of weapon level and damage. The boss fights are longwinded and unnecessarily long. The movement is not as fluid as the second game and the map is way too open. There isn't a lot of urban area and the map is extremely small. Clearly the devs knew that because they didn't give an option to teleport to places at all. Not even the main bases. The fact it took almost 24 hours to complete this story was mostly due to having to run everywhere for every quest. And yes there are cars but the cars don't take much damage to be destoyed and sometimes you cant even find a car near. I want to love this game like the did the others but it feels like it is missing so many QOL improvements from the other games. This was not an experience I want to have again but at least the ending was somewhat cool.

This is awful. Don't believe the reviews, buyer beware! Every single thing about this is frustrating, boring, broken, or is done better in other games already. Beast mode is boring, the map is large and poorly designed, the movement feels okay but the combat is terrible! Enemies grab you from 6 feet away, the weapons never feel good or like they work, the entire combat loop is just awful. This game purchase will be the single purchase that will result in you never trusting reviewers or steam reviews ever again.
It just feels bad, it's not fun, it's clunky, the controls are bad, the menus are bad, the NPC's are the absolute worst. The human A.I. encounters are trash, the voice acting is annoying, the music makes me want to fall asleep and the plot is the absolute pinnacle of been-there-done-that boring trash. I don't even want to complete this damn piece of garbage because it's simply not fun enough to slog through!
