I got stuck. Just defeated both bosses on green world, and opened up to more worlds. White world, and one more in world selection (below all previous worlds). When going to last one - appears one more guy calling himself a king, after short fight i got "present" and "suboptimal ending" (achievement dont pop up). In White world seems that you cant do anything except dying from white doughnut, or destroying it. So my question is - how to unlock that achievement? I mean "suboptimal ending" dont give it, so wh...

maybe im just not looking, if there even IS an options button, but i want to remap controls. pressing the number 1 just to shoot hammers is pretty irritating, i would like to be able to at least change it to, like, q or middle mouse button

Is there one available for buying? Is it including with the game? Am I allowed to throw money at the screen until one exists?
