Is there any reason for this, or?

Let's hope I can keep with it. I'm an overly critical guy, so it's gonna be mostly things that I think are feasible fixes and additions. Of course I already love the game. I'll start with one that I had George say "yeah the game needs it, I intend to do it soon" and I don't think is done: 1) can we get some actual customized equipment on wrecks? they're [often] people we're slaughtering, they'd be customizing their ships... even if it's just weapons with a +20% mod because they got it 2) speaking of wrec...

If you take the mission to smuggle to st. kats, then store the box in a mule auton, then dock to a black market station, it acts like you no longer have the cargo and you get instant killed. So this is pretty annoying. I had the box. Stuff like that is why I would say never ever play this game on hardcore. Actually, that mission is pretty tedious anyway since you have to mess around with changing out the smuggler hold and need to go maybe 5-10 systems ahead to get to st. kats. Reading A Fire Upon The Deep now... holy crap, now I understand SO much more about this game now. I know George M had mentioned a ton of different inspirations, obviously mostly sci-fi, as inspiration for this game, but Vernor Vinge's books CLEARLY is the biggest inspiration, including for the title itself "Transcendence". And a worthy inspiration, this book is GOOD. I haven't played through this game to the end in at least a decade, and it's clearly time for me to do it again, now that there's even more ...

if my ship has 4 armour slots, how many of those pieces needs to have the radiation immunity tag? also if an auton has radiation immunity armour, they won't turn green from radiation, and thus when i do dock them, they won't spread non-existant radiation despite spending time in a radiation field? this is just theoretical atm...
