Fair warning to anyone who hasn't played this before: Stargunner is a very hard game! I made it through the Scout mission (barely), but since getting the full version for free off 3D Realms' site years back, I still haven't managed to finish the first registered episode. And this is on Easy....

Finally, after a lot of dying and reloading, I managed to beat the Episode 2 final boss. On Ensign difficulty (i.e. "Easy"). And now I can't even get to the boss of the FIRST LEVEL of episode 3! Edit: Well, changed the starting loadout and suddenly the level became much easier :) In fact went on to finish episode 3 AND episode 4! At least I think I finished episode 4 - beat the boss on Level 10 and then the game crapped out, I assume trying and fail to load the final cutscene. If there's a Final Fina...
