Have anyone finished the game, and know how many vehicles are in this game? Are there big cranes to build hightowers ? or is it only smaller buildings ?

How to connect panels with crane

So I can position the hook anywhere above the concrete panels but how do I get the hook to connect the panels to lift them. No button seems to connect the hook to the panel?
