How to switch the language in this game? Steam store says that game is available in 7 languages and it launches always in english for me.

In many of the hidden games I've had an issue with clicking in items. However now I'm completely stuck. After doing the hexagon puzzle to get into the greenhouse, I'm at the HOS on the desk. I've found everything, but just can't click on the studded belt (at least I think that's what it is) so many times and nothing. I've even double checked using the hint tool to see I've got the right item. Can't really carry on with the game because (I assume) I need to complete this to obtain a necessary item!!!!...

It seems I am the only one encountering troubles with this game, on startup and pressing play the game shuts down automatically... Flash & Shockwave are updated, New Driver is installed. I don't find an easy answer to the problems with this game.
