Am I have to play the third times to finish that? where is the selection for me to finish the Retake Hernfar Isle and also Defend the Tower?

Is there a game lobby for multiplayer? Or is it hotseat? I personally don't like hotseat. If I wanted to play hotseat, I'd just take my physical copy of the game to a friends house.
