Preview video sure looks like it. I love the original Theme Hospital and still pay it from time to time. Would this game be worth getting?

When the game in fullscreen mode my gaming mouse is insanely fast that make impossible to play in this mode. Even if I put dps settig on lowers in Crossair it doesn't make any difference

I recently came back to play this game after a while, the last time i played it, it was working fine, however now it is unplayable as the mouse cursor is unplayably laggy. Anyone else have this issue or news as of to what's gone wrong?
