Gotten to halfway through the world map and the enemy fleets respawn faster than you can sink them. Somehow you're supposed to deal with a fleet of 20+ ships that will quickly replenish their numbers before you have any time to capitalize. Apparently there's no spawn cap on enemy numbers, they can infinitely spawn....

We promised it would come and here it is, introducing the brand new Tzeentch Campaign! This update completes the campaigns for the four chaos factions, bringing the Tzeentch campaign and new challenges for all Chaos captains as well as some other surprise...

While it may not have been a big budget title with a lot of polish, it has a lot of charm and does a decent job of bringing the setting to life.
