This game was so unfairly rated AO despite GTA5 being 20x worse than this that it prompted steam to stand up and allow AO games. now bank card companies trying to pressure steam to censor our games.

The game's depiction of a nuclear explosion as a result of a meltdown is an oversimplification and dramatization of a complex process. While it's conceivable that a character could cause a meltdown through extreme actions, the resulting consequences would be far less explosive and more insidious in nature if anything.
