We bought the game but can not play it anymore, online, or offline.. why?

Stopped working today, after I have quit from the mission screen. Now it stuck at loading screen, when trying to start it up. Basic troubleshooting has failed to fix it: re-start of Steam, PC re-start, cleaning "httpcache" and launching it in windowed mode, launching Steam in XP compatibility mode. So, basically all hints found on community did help. Please take a look into this and fix it. Let me know if any logs or details required.
