Hello, I was able to run the original just fine but I cannot run this at a playable framerate on a GTX 980 and 8 core AMD CPU. I tried messing with some settings, but to no avail so far. Any ideas? Thank you.

Last patch is from 2015... and recent reviews are still complaining about performance issues, guess the dev realized he wasnt meant to make games and just ran?

If the user goes to the door where he hears a scream you will see something burned on the ground. The door is accessible so you can go in. Since this area is from the first game I wanted to explore immediately instead of the next quest to "look for others". Upon exploring I saw the balloon/scary woman animation and checked out the other rooms. When trying to leave, however, the door is LOCKED on the way out. There is no way to exit the area.
