I haven't played this in a while but I remember there being an in-game method to scale the game to fill the screen, or zoom in or something. I can't remember how to do it. Anyone know?

Says "Preparing to launch.." but never actually does. Steam Icon has gone green and if I click it says an instance of the game is already running. Restarted PC, same again. Can't see in Task Manager either.
