If you experiment frequent crash at end of battle or at start of turn try this : Go to your game installation folder and move file in folder Resources/Music somewhere else (or just delete them ...) Note that, since they are .ogg file you can still use most media player to listen to the main tune while playing. My Dad has been trying to play this game, but the game keeps crashing (back to desktop) when the finishing blow of the battle occurs, so he'll have to replay the battle over and over hoping it won't crash. Another glitch is the road tiles on the level map, their texture disappears becoming black spaces. We've tried lowering the graphics, but the game still crashes.
