Posting on behalf of my mom (who has 550+ hours on anno online), she recently got a new desktop with the latest versions of windows 10, google chrome, edge, and flash. Whenever we try to start her game, it instantly asks for plugins of chrome or the regular flash, even though this should all be fine. I checked all the solutions online and I don't want to try the fix by altering directories etc (mostly because I'd have to do it for every update) but I think going into the settings in the game menu itself an...
