The Chasm King tells you to speak with Theodore, the Shura Elder, however he's not spawning in the plaza. I've tried creating multiple shura just to check and it's happened on each one. The other races seem to be fine. Is this a known bug?

Every time I try to access the item shop but every time I do I get an error message saying "Character's total time online is less than 12 hours, and/or level is less than 10. As such, Item Mall cannot be open" I only have around 5 hours playtime, but I'm over level 10 (as I've gotten a few jobs). Anyone have any ideas on what to try (besides getting 12 hours of playtime)?...

I'm trying to scratch my Mabinogi itch with something different. However, in comparison, this looks like a pretty dead game... and no maintenance news posted since February of 2021. Anyone actively playing this that isn't running a bot?
