On my old Acer Predator with FHD res. with 2080rtx i works fine application is up and running without any problems, when i switch to my new blade18 notebook Spriter can't run at all.... :( why ?

I've been using Spriter Pro on Steam for all my 2D spine animation needs and loving it. Far and away the easiest, most intuitive, and fastest spine animation software on the market at the moment. I noticed on the official Brash Monkey forum that to get access to the Spriter 2 Alpha, you can purchase Spriter Pro. Already owning Spriter Pro (purchased through Steam), I was wondering if there was a way to validate my purchase on the forum and gain access to the Spriter 2 Alpha. Or if there is another way to...
