I got an error when choosing a name (first login). Something saying there's an error changing your name. Any help?

Every time I launch the game it loads the title screen, then tries to load the account but it keeps saying "Connection Error". It logs me in correctly on the launcher, but it seems the came cannot connect correctly. I'm from Argentina.

Nothing happens when I try to choose a nickname. I have tried many different things inkluding fadfafaefadfles and the like, so it is not because it was taken. I first installed and logged in via krosmaster.com and got this very problem, and after that I tried via steam (I first completely uninstalled the game and then a new install via steam). What could be the cause (and the solution?)....
