OK, let me start by saying this was released on Desura for FREE back in September 6th, 2013. From what I am seeing in this trailer video, and what I am reading, NOTHING HAS CHANGED!! I doubt he bought a license to use the engine for anything commercial, I mean who would buy one if you plan on using it for this game? Another thing is he just straight up removed the Unreal intro and replaced it with his, hell it's even the same filename. Someone should look into this and get this trash off steam....
