More than nine years after the last update, Sunlight Games has released a new update for “Gold Rush! Anniversary”. The update fixes small issues and was released on Steam for PC.

Changelog of all fixes in version 1.15:
- Engine updated to a latest version.
- Saving was developed completely new. For using old save games, a converter was developed, which check at the game start if there are old save games. If so, they will be backuped and then converted. If the converted save games are making problems, please start a thread in the forum, then we can convert your old ones (backuped), you then send to us. Until now, converted save-games didn’t make any problems in all tests.
- The new save games have endings and we fixed the problem in the directory with the possible added file by Steam, Cloud Save should work again in the future. In a while we will make it available again!
- Bug in parser fixed, when Jerrod gets stuck from going from harbor into direction of the bank.
- Some artworks were better trimmed in a few the scenes.
- Some collisions were optimized in a few scenes.
- Some layer problems were fixed in a few scenes.
- The mouse-cursor is now kept in the game-screen.
- After changing from P&C to parser and back, sometimes the mouse cursor was not in the menu, fixed!

More than nine years after the last update, Sunlight Games has announced a new update for “Gold Rush! Anniversary”. The update fixes small issues. It will first be soon released for PC on Steam and later also for iOS and Android. The update will also be released for all users who own the box version.

The exact improvements will be announced with the release.

In addition, another update is in development that will add new features to the game.


Sunlight Games' Marco Sowa-Israel about the update: "Gold Rush! Anniversary has always been a special game for us. Preparing an update for this now after more than 9 years since its release is absolutely great. Even if the update only fixes small issues, it was still a lot of work, as adapting to the latest version of the engine involved a lot of work. The plan is to release more features soon.”

The Windows-version of Gold Rush! Anniversary supports now Steam Cloud!

A first update to version 1.0.3 for Gold Rush! 2, the sequel to Gold Rush! Anniversary, is available on Steam. The update fixes some small issues and adds some texts and voices.

Here is the changelog:
- Minor graphics issues fixed
- Some words was mispronounced in the voices, they was recorded new
- Before the first train-quest, there was a mistake with the text
- The texts for the robbery in the train was changed
- fixed some layer problems
- added small graphics

Gold Rush! 2, the sequel to Gold Rush! Anniversary, was released for PC on Steam today. In addition, Sunlight Games has released some more screenshots of the game.
The versions for Mac and Linux will be released soon after the PC-version was released.
