Update 2.0.1 - Sandbox Mode

Hello, fellow motel owners,

the sandbox mode is finally here!

  • Sandbox mode does not have any quests. We provide you with a detailed tutorial guide on how to run your motel.

  • The store and restaurant are unlocked at the start. You can also build the employee cabin and hire employees from the start of the game.

  • You can purchase upgradeable services at the start.

  • In the Sandbox mode, there are no room or parking lot level requirements to level up, you can level up simply by improving the reputation of your motel.

  • The save files of sandbox mode and original mode are separate and do not affect each other.

The sandbox mode is fairly new, if you encounter any bugs, please let us know via the forum or our Discord[discord.com]. You can also send the save file to onesliceofpizzagames@gmail.com, we will solve it for you. Thank you.

Update 1.0.7 - Mobile Phone, Fishing Rod Upgrade, Selling Items, Fuel Timer

Hello, fellow motel owners,

In this update,

  • Now you can answer calls from anywhere using your mobile phone by pressing the left Alt key (you can rebind it).

  • You can purchase a fishing rod upgrade in the online store. With the upgraded rod, you can ice fish 2x faster.

  • Sell items in your warehouse that you no longer need. By clicking on the warehouse shelf next to the boiler, you can choose any items in your warehouse and sell them.

  • A progress bar UI element that shows how long the fuel will last in the boiler.

Roadmap of Upcoming Updates

Hello, fellow motel owners.

Four days ago we released an update that changed the time speed and the pace of the game, and since then we have been fixing all the bugs you reported, and now the game is stable.

We are also working on the sandbox mode at the same time. Yesterday, one of our Discord members asked if we had a roadmap for future updates. I think it's important to let you know what we are working on and what future updates will bring to the game. Here is the roadmap:

  • 1. We will release a quality of life update tomorrow, we implement some features based on the feedback from you.

    • Answer calls from anywhere without picking up the phone.
    • A UI element that shows how long fuel will last in the boiler.
    • Sell items in your warehouse that you no longer need.
  • 2. We will release the sandbox mode, which will not have any quests or restrictions on how you expand your business.

  • 3. We will work on these features because they need a lot of testing to avoid potential bugs.

    • You will be able to move/destroy rooms you built.
    • You will be able to reassign room numbers.
    • Other features that come from the feedback we collected from you.

Ich weiß nicht wie es anderen geht aber eine Karte und eine Sortierung der Schlüssel wäre schön. ich mein nicht numerisch sondern sortiert nach Gebäudeart oder eine farbliche Hintergrundanpassung des Schlüsselfeldes. zum beispiel iglu = weißer hintergrund. Familienhaus = pink oder Wohnmobil = bläulich. es macht mich verrückt ständig zusuchen und der Rezeptionist gibt auch schlüssel für noch nicht gereinigte zimmer raus -.- mein putzmann kommt nicht hinterher. ich bräuchte eigentlich 2-3 putzm�...

Arctic Motel Simulator is a gem. Managing a remote motel in the frozen wilderness is both challenging and rewarding, with deep mechanics that keep you hooked. The atmosphere is top-notch—blizzards, flickering neon signs, and eerie quiet moments make the world feel alive. And the graphics? Absolutely stunning. The snow-covered landscapes and dynamic lighting are pure eye candy. If you love management sims with a touch of mystery, this one’s a must-play!
