In the game some monsters can grab you through several buildings after noticing you which is annoying and game breaking as it makes it impossible to avoid enemies and extract until you kill the monster.

I played the single player mode and after dying and returning to the ship and finishing up the tutorial, I couldn't return to the map (or any map) to finish the mission... because I hadn't finished the mission. You might need to abort the mission and pick it up again, but since I already have it, shouldn't I just be able to select the map to continue the mission?
