I have managed to promote 2 waitresses twice but there is still one of them that has accumulated enough to go up 2 ranks but still isn't given the prompt to upgrade. Besides experience what are the conditions that need to be met? I have tried lowering her idle time and for the first few days she would have less than an hour idle but towards the end of the week it jumps up to 8-11 hours and I have tried having her operate solo but that works out to be a loss....

Can't open Picture Galley to see photos (version 1.20 build 264). After buying Hooker rooms and Maid Service, after hiring girls to this service i wanted to see some picture on Friday morning entering picture galery but this caused exception. Satifaction is 7.1, then why i can see pictures? Loading my saves shows that before 19March (previous update) picture galery was working, after last update. Picture galery stop working.
