Dose it scale?

Has anyone tried the CW2_AlvaroMod by Blood and Thunder Brigade, described on the Ageod Forum and downloadable from this Google Drive page? I would love to try it, with its new artwork, additional generals, and seven-day turns. I just can't get it to work, though. Has anyone tried it, and made it work?...

Started another playthrough to try some different strategies and smashed the Rebs by early 63. Richmond is surrounded, but instead giving the South a little coup de grace, I decided to basically burn down the whole South. I had already razed almost all of the forts from New Mexico to Central Texas and some of the size 1 cities on my way down the Mississippi and from Kentucky down my route to Atlanta. So i thought what if I raze every fort in the South and every size 1 city, take all of the coastal fort...
