TLDR: The developer used AI to produce the textures, sprites and even the music. It's a low quality asset-flip, where AI generated assets are used instead of ones from the Unity store.

What you're getting here is a bare-bones boomer shooter with uninteresting level design, combat and enemy design. Assets don't fit into a cohesive art style and sound effects are stock. You can tell that elements of the cockpit are from different prompts, such as the joy-stick having a square base instead of a circular one to match the dashboard. It lacks basic features such as difficulty options, key re-binding and a map, which is sorely missed when you get lost in copy-paste corridors.

You'd hope this was a case where a talented programmer wanted to make technically impressive game, but didn't have the funds to hire a real artist or musician, but this is just lazy. AI games like this are the next generation of shovel-ware.

If you don't mind games that use mostly AI generated assets, this is serviceable game at £5. Charging £12.79 for something like this is criminal. A real shame, as this is a really cool idea for a game that deserves to be brought to life by talented game developers.

Really fun fast paced game. Brought me back to the Doom era. The HUD looked cool and loved adding the figurines to the mess inside. I stunk it up at first but once I got the hang of it, I really enjoyed mowing down the different TorxCorp mechs with a bunch of different guns. Can't wait to get through to the end!

Game is great overall. I really loved it. Let's get the cons out of the way first of which I really only had 2 and both are very subjective that would actually make the game MORE difficult so both of these might not be cons to everyone

Cons:
- enemy aggro was a little off. I'd be in a room fighting at enemies and /other/ enemies in the same room would not know I was there. just seemed a little odd they'd be unaware of my presence.
- boss fights were a little on the easy side since you were never locked in a room with them, so you could kind of just run away down long corridors while they chase and use your long ranged weaponry with little risk.

Pros:
- visual artstyle is awesome.
- soundtrack has nothing but bangers
- movement in the game world feels good. It's weighty but not overbearingly sluggish.
- all weapons seemed worthwhile and were enjoyable to use. you're frequency of each weapon will really just come down to preference.

My first play through without getting or hunting particularly hard for all secrets took just shy of 4hrs. I'd give it a high recommend in the boomer shooter space for quick bit of fun and can easily see a speed running community jumping on it. Congrats on the great game and release!
