Future updates or did you all cut and run with the money?

I asked this in your last game, lets see if you changed anything:) 1. Can I build on the map bunkers/fortress/defensive lines of any kind? 2. Can I build rail? like continue the rail in north africa to increase supply? 3. Can I put a unit on "sleep" so pressing TAB and moving through units will skip those I wish to keep as none moving/defense etc? 4. Any mods for the game?...

I purchased the game yeeeeeaaars ago and TBH never really played it. I just decided to reinstall and the game looks gorgeous ! Was wondering if many others are still playing it ? What about multiplayer games ?
