Car Turning - I'm a noob, forgive me

How do you turn left and right in the car in this game? I though maybe CRSR LEFT / RIGHT meant clicking... I know its a super nooby question but help me out here!

I can't believe I've never encountered another game that let's you taste random objects, to often hilarious result! Anybody know any other games that let you do this?
