Fixed crash where program wouldn't launch on first install.

Made the load on start button green when enabled - Feature by Danku in PR !184

Fixed bug where loading dependencies which had its own dependencies, would not load them correctly.

Added some checks for the old doorstop_config.ini file and improved the message when the mod loader detects the old unsupported website version.

Adds support for OpenXR in "Settings > VR Mode"

Oculus users you will need to re enable Oculus mode, sorry.

- Added the ability to launch Oculus instead of Steam VR. Settings > Use Oculus

- Fixed in game mods list not dynamically updating in size
- Moved some of the buttons into menu items along the top
- Made the SteamQueries minimise itself on launch

- Merged !168[gitlab.com] which now makes local mods take priority when being loaded by dependencies
