Buying gold and stocks needs more options

Any chance we can get larger options to buy gold and stocks? Right now you only can buy x1 per click, but once you get into the millions it'd be nice to have x10, x100, x1000 or whatever.

fun game for a fun price

some suggestions:
- Penalties shouldn't count positively towards your store
- Off ball fouls that happen in the back field during an attack should penalize you for ignoring an attack.
- the manager mode is one of the most boring game types of all time. please have a way to fast forward or speed up the match simulation for this mode.
- using VAR on an obvious non offsides goal should give you negative points for time wasting
- offsides from the goal kick don't count
- free kick formations are very non-football like
- "keep the tackling clean" dialogue option during handball fouls
- windowed mode
