Hey all, really enjoying the game but sometimes i'd just like to play a sandbox game and have everything unlocked. Is there an option to do this?

I wanted to give this game another try to complete my achievements, but it do not work on my PC anymore. The game hang up, so that I have to logout and back in (windows) to fully access my desktop again. The game still be sold high price on steam and other sides, so it should work ... ?!...

I've finished mining gold bullion in time for the deadline, at which point the mission ends without two objectives completed, and I don't get the bonus points for my tech tree. Can someone explain what these objectives are and how to trigger them?...
