I know a lot of people dont like this but it is very underrated, i wont lie, there is aalmost like no one playing this on computer.

what if call of duty, but in space? yeah the story is criminally underrated, the zombies is great too but the multiplayer is its most underwelming part which is ironic considering this franchise's multiplayer reputation.

They updated the game and it's now playable on PC! You can now play Multiplayer just fine! :D

Can't recommend it at $60 for the single-player alone which is what you'd buy it for in 2024. Consider if you find it discounted by $40 or less, or $20 if you're not that much of a fan of FPS games to start with to justify that expense for about 10 hours of gameplay.

It's CoD-in-space with a self-contained story. The story is decent and will feel familiar to fans of the The Expanse or similar. The antagonists are way too one-dimensional to make it great though. There's not much character development except for some for the two main characters but it makes up for it with great characters with personality and competent voice actors.

The graphics are great even in 2024 and the game is much better optimized than CoD:AW or BO3 were. No complaints there: beautiful landscapes, detailed environments, great animations in in-game cutscenes and with smooth transitions to gameplay.

On the plus side there's some variety to what you'll do in missions that'll keep it interesting for whole duration. Difficulty-wise, this was the first CoD game where playing on Hardened difficulty I felt that enemies would get too many "cheap" kills with too many situations where you'd get hit just peeking around a corner from some location that would be pretty hard to notice in the fraction of second that you'd get before dying. The game will force you to be very conservative at times in how you progress through the level. The other downside for the gameplay is shared with the other futuristic CoD games: futuristic weapons and shooting at humanoid robots isn't as fun as the more grounded stuff.
