It says cannot find file ...\content\facepics\geroge5.xnb. BTW this bug can be fixed temporarily by copying and pasting the file named "george5.xnb" then rename it to "geroge5.xnb"

The same thing described in the other 2 bug posts with similar problems happens to me.
