Graphics broken

I have a 4090, 4Tb nvme, over clocked i11 at 5ghz, 64 gigs of 4800 mhz ram. This game has tons of broken textures, spotted, black and white walls, sometimes see through walls, and runs like crap. Is this fixable or is my PC too new for this game? I've tried my own settings and the ones that gefore recommends and its always broken. Any thoughts?...
