Doesnt appear stable anymore. Wont launch into world view on Win 11

This game is a significant departure from previous installments in the King's Bounty series. While I appreciated the concept of finally being able to play with dark forces, the overall experience left much to be desired. The game feels unnecessarily long, with quests that drag on and pacing issues that make it feel more tedious than engaging.

One of the biggest problems is the lack of balance. The elves, in particular, are far too powerful, making encounters with them disproportionately difficult. In fact, some random weaker fights in Aralan ended up being more challenging than the final boss battle, which was a major letdown.

Adding to the frustration, I encountered numerous bugs (not game breaking) and crashes throughout my playthrough—probably around 50 crashes in total. These caused the game to shut down abruptly, and I lost progress more times than I can count. It seriously detracted from the overall experience and made it even harder to enjoy.

Of the newer entries in the series, I preferred Warriors of the North, though I wouldn’t call it a great game either. Ultimately, none of these recent titles come close to capturing the magic of The Legend or Armored Princess, both of which remain the pinnacle of the series in my opinion.
