Supreme Ruler Global Outbreak is a Survival Geopolitical Strategy game for PC, developed by BattleGoat Studios.

The game has been created using the next generation Supreme Ruler engine, developed originally for Supreme Ruler 2030, released in 2023, and is still being further developed. Ongoing work will in most cases see both projects benefit from new features, fixes and improvements.

The demo for Supreme Ruler Global Outbreak is currently featured in the Steam Nextfest, June 10th to 17th. The demo includes the first sandbox map for the game, Zombie outbreak, and tutorials to learn how to play. The full game will include 2 sandboxes, 2 campaigns and a scenario. Supreme Ruler games offer players the opportunity to take on the role of the leader of a country of their choice. Nearly all present day countries and regions are represented, from Afghanistan to Zimbabwe. Players have control over the finances, industries, military, research and diplomacy of the selected country.
