I was told in game you should go to bed at a decent time to be able to get up early. At what time should you go to bed? And what do you miss if you are forced into bed?(Which I only assume happens)

None of the reviews I've read seem capable of answering this question, so I'll ask here: does this game "end" when you reach the end of summer, or does it have a postgame of sorts where you can just keep exploring? This is kind of going to make or break it for me because I hate being put on a timer when playing and I like doing everything....

I was playing without a guide and later learned that some bugs don't spawn after certain dates. I checked the Steam guide and saw that the Azure Silverline spawns in Tonari Town on the 13th, but it's already the 15th in my game. Has anyone found this bug after the 13th, or am I out of luck?...
