The wait is over! I'm thrilled to announce that the demo for Category 6 is now available on Steam.
This is your chance to dive into the a world torn apart by the unyielding wrath of the most massive hurricane ever recorded, and get an early taste of what I have been working so hard to bring to life.

My 2 cents

Sooooo....Sorry man but im not that impressed. First thing i noticed that all Textures are AI generated. Belive me, you could have found really good Textures in not even half the Time it took to generate them with AI. Pick an Artstyle, The AI Textures look like you are aiming for Realism, the Models (the Trees for example) look like you want a low Poly Cartoony style. My name is Andy and I am the developer of Category 6. I have been working hard to get a demo finished and it is very close to being done. It provides about an hour of game play and will give you an idea of how the game feels to play and what to expect with the full release. I write things down as I play or I'll forget. Here some things I've noticed, I'll keep adding as I go! 1. Graphics. They're okay, I read through the previous thread someone made and I get the vibe you're going for. As for the dinner scene, it is kinda distracting to see the kid's arms clipping through the furniture whenever he moves them. I know nothing about making games, so idk if that's easy to fix or not. I complete the demo and have some feedback. Contains spoilers. Game has potential but need more and more polishing. - UI is so ugly. Inventory from 2000.
