Jeu planté après 5 h, donc pas de remboursement possible!

Sorry Developers, I will have to give a bad review if You are not fixing this broken game. Even there are a couples of post about the issues You totally ignore them! The issue is that You can't click on the second option that gives You 6 point, and that makes You not able to visit some areas that would give You achievements. We pay for a whole game but can only play 2/3 of it, and it's a new game. Why do You bring in a game to Steam before You a sure it really work? I'll have to warn other gamer until Y...

For some reason I cannot choose the option with a gem on it - it is simply greyed out. What do I do in order to be able to choose it?

J'ai la version française du jeu. Dès le début la possibilité de choisir la bonne réponse avec Le détective Guillermo n'est pas activée suis donc obligée de choisir la mauvaise réponse et ça fausse le jeu parceque je n'ai pas accès à la chambre d'ami, comment faire ?...

Steam indique que le jeux est en français mais une fois lancer , le jeux est en anglais, j'ai beau trifouiller les fichier paramètre et le mettre en français, il reste bloquer en anglais sympas pour ma fille qui souhaitais découvrir le jeux alors qu'elle a 9 ans......
