I started this game and it immediately came up with a "Fatal Error" and then it crashed to a BSoD. I had to system restore my computer to get it back to a working state. If I wouldn't have had system restore running, I would be reinstalling Windows right now....

Does this game have subtitles? I can't really hear what the phone calls are saying

I'd love to play the game and let people know if I recommend it, but after updating my drivers, validating the files, and even fixing the launch preferences the game absolutely refuses to run. Anyone else having this problem?
