Is the progression going to be across all player in mp or do players progress individually

I've tried all the usual things to try to get it going, but all I'm presented is the loading screen and the insistent ticking endlessly every time

Exit game has an ad for your Discord. I don't even like Discord. Quit making your communities within walled gardens.

love this game so far, can not wait for the actual release. Met some really cuties and fell in love with the dino looking one. drew some fanart of him. looking forward to playing the game when it comes out.

I've hit a roadblock in my playthrough currently in that my tech morps won't produce because they need a home theme. But I can't for the life of me figure out what that entails. There's nothing in any of the in-game help and they were producing just fine earlier until this issue came up. The lack of tech points is basically the only thing stopping me from progressing....
