Basicly my normal mic works but the morphvox one cannot pick up sound can someone help?

Yo, whenever i talk to somebody my voice doesent arrive instantly i have like a little delay. How to disable that?

someone can disable steam in game status? I want to run the program without showing to my friends. I know about steam profile- privacy setting but I want only to dont show this program. A dude made that for other program "soundpad" and it works.

If I launch MorphVOX, it requires me to stop VR entirely or else it will snatch away my current game. So I must be extra diligent and remeber to start this first, then start SteamVR.
