I have lost so much play time on goldium because of a serious problem where pressing ESC instantly closes the emulator without asking for any confirmation of whether or not you want to quit. Honestly at this point its pretty much muscle memory to default to pressing ESC to leave a open menu and this behavior is so incredibly problematic it should be patched...
