Ufouria: The Saga 2 is a really cute and fun game! Reminds me of kirby a lot but without the inhaling! 10/10

Sunsoft's sequel to a hidden Famicom gem offers a delightful and refreshing break from the usual gaming fare.

If you love the original NES game like I do and you like what you see, this is probably up your ally. Functioning as more of a re-imagining of the original game, I'd say I'm over all happy with the experience. Though, I can't say there is much new. There is a lack of that 'metroid' feel the original kinda had. So you likely won't be getting lost and vibing. I do think if you aren't already invested in some way, like being a fan of the original or just a taste maker, you might not love this game unless you just see it and go "Aww cute. I'd play that.". The game play is almost frictions and very child friendly. Like, if you want your kiddo to be able to beat a game, this one might just be beatable unless there younger then 2 as long as you show them how to drop though the floor and read the dialogue. I had a great time cus I don't mind very low friction games. But if that is a killer and you don't care for the whimsical vib, this ain't for you.
