Without being explicit, were the rituals just an excuse for racy cut scenes, or were they written in a way that reflected what had happened in the area? Just wondering, since I do remember some of the developer's games being fairly decently written.

After two chapters i'm already starting to feel bored. well actually i was already bored half way through chapter one, is one attack all i can do? i get that the game is only 99 cents and i guess maybe the gameplay quality is reflective of that but ive played plenty of games that were completely free that were pretty fun.
