i think i know the reason why it isnt launching.. to get this error, run SmoothOperators.exe, and yes it wont launch, but... run it again, and there will be a error for a Graphics Device. i code in Microsoft XNA 4.0 too, so let me break it down. the error of the graphics device may mean that a GraphicsDeviceManager variable hasn't been initialised/created. and if XNA doesnt find it, well.. too bad so sad, you need to create one. and since Andreas Haydeck doesnt have the Source Code for SO1, ...

cant launch the game just changes my resolution and thats it

When I launch the game, the screen resolution changes to a lower resolution, the game is running in the background, but nothing else happens. I stop the game from Steam and the resolution goes back to normal. Tried it a few times, but the same thing happens. Are there any launch options I could change or is this happening to anyone else?...

Holding shift while pressing WASD should pan the camera 2x faster. Pressing the space bar should automatically set game speed to pause. The mouse wheel zoom is backwards. Wheel up should be zoom in. Clicking a persons desk shouldn't pan the camera around at all. With that last one we generally are doing multiple people. So if you click on a persons desk it gets a bit annoying having to scroll back to where the desks are to do the next one. Optional: When you click on a person or desk all the options sh...
