i have the dlc but how do you get the cars i have bought the license but the cars are not showing up just normal customers

i see in the list it says car scrapping . where is the car parts lisence so we can make the towtruck appears?

i have brought with likes the car parts update but i havent seen any towtruck on the junkyard am i do something wrong?

I had a perfect save game that loaded properly, when buying the car scraping dlc, everything works fine up until I enter the management point of the recycling center, I have the resources to fund and operate the car scrapping dlc, what is the issue?

I could deal with it before the christmas update, but it seems like every update the same gets slower and slower. I have a pretty beefy computer and I;m running at a consistent 20 fps (with shadows and high res textures turned off), the load/save times are still terrible, you cant adjust vehicle volume/you can hear the brake sound on the large truck from all the way at the back, and the "press R to skip autosave" doesnt work....
