In this update the players of Mobocratic Union receive the possibility to elect the European Commission President. The prospective Presidents propose political programs to the European Parliament which then proceeds to elect the Presidential candidate who gathers enough support from the different European Parliament groups. After the President is elected, the Commission now has a consistent ideology as opposed to the random number generation from before this update. If the Parliament elects a right-wing populist as the Commission President, the Commission starts to propose anti-immigration bills as a result. If they elect a Green politician, the Commission starts to propose bills oriented to environmental protection. And so on.

Below follows a full list of improvements in this version:
- Nomination of the European Commission President and parliamentary vote for President, with the chosen President's ideology affecting the ideology of the future Commission's proposed bills
- Updated map graphics to include visible non-EU countries on the European continent such as Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Turkey, and Georgia
- Changed the color of non-EU countries on the map to "army green" to clearly show that they are neutral, and not governed by the Greens
- Updated UI element coloring scheme
- Updated UI elements to include statistics, voting details, and more
- Revised the tutorial to be more detailed and entertaining
- Added new graphics for character avatars, including changing the blue eye color to a more natural one and adding new backgrounds

Introducing the new and improved European continent map. We completely redrew the map from the ground up with higher detail and more respect for geography. We enhanced the MU map engine by allowing the addition of islands as part of countries, making it possible to include Åland, Sardinia, and the Balearic Islands, among others, on the map.

The update also includes improvements in elections. Now there is a text field called "total votes counted" that shows the percentage of votes counted so far in the elections. Additionally, some performance improvements have been made. We have added improvements to the sound controls dashboard.

A member of the community, Aavikko, has created new amendments focusing on EU agricultural policy. These have been added to the game and can be activated or disabled in the amendments menu.
